Helden/Heroes

In der neuen Ausgabe des Somerset Studios bin ich auf das Thema Helden gestoßen. Die Werke sind sehr inspirierend und so mache ich es zum Thema der Woche.
Zeigt uns eure Helden! Schaut dabei aber nicht so sehr nach Hollywood, sondern zeigt uns Helden aus dem wahren Leben, Menschen die etwas bewirkt oder eine besondere Bedeutung im Leben anderer haben/hatten. Ich bin gespannt und freue mich auf eure Werke

In the most recent issue of Somerset Studios I came across the theme “heroes”. This artwork is very inspiring that’s why I’m making it this week’s challenge.
Show us your heroes! I’m not thinking about Hollywood, but the true heroes in real life, people who made a difference or had an impact on another one’s life. I’m very curious and look forward to see you artwork

Sampler of the week - Black & White

Schwarz/weiß, eine Kombination so ausdrucksstark, schlicht und elegant. Neben der Vielfalt von Farben und Eindrücke, die täglich auf uns einströmen, eine schöne Abwechslung.
Auch in Hollywood findet man immer wieder mal schwarz/weißFilme. Filme werden in diesem Stil gedreht um einer Geschichte eine besondere Note zu geben. Einer meiner Lieblingsfilm ist “Die Krähe” mit Brandon Lee - düster, brutal und doch eine Liebesgeschichte.

Black/white, an expressive, yet plain and elegant combination. It’s quite a nice change to the multitude of colours and impressions we’re encountering every day.
Hollywood has its black and white movies every now and then. Some movies are deliberately made this way to give it a special character. “The Crow” with Brandon Lee is one of my favourite movies - bleak, brutal, yet it’s a love story.
