Männer mit Bärten – Men with beards/moustaches

Findet ihr nicht auch, dass es manchmal ganz schön schwierig ist, männliche ATCs zu gestalten. Es dauert zwar noch ein wenig, bis wir Vatertag feiern, aber ich dachte mir, es würde Spaß machen, mal Männer mit Bärten auf unseren ATCs zu integrieren. Was meint ihr?

Don’t you agree it is quite difficult sometimes to make male ATCs. Although it takes some time until we celebrate Father’s Day, I thought it would be fun to integrate men with beards or moustaches on our ATCs. What do you think?

Moulin Rouge

Dieses Mal geht es ins Nachtleben von Paris.

Das Moulin Rouge (deutsch: Rote Mühle) ist ein Varieté im Pariser Stadtviertel Montmartre am Place Blanche (82, Boulevard de Clichy, 75018 Paris) im 18. Arrondissement. Hier wurde Cancan getanzt und es traten berühmte Tänzerinnen auf.  Rauschende Bälle und später auch Operetten fanden im Moulin Rouge statt.

Also laßt die Mädels tanzen!!!!!!!

This time we are dealing with Paris’ nightlife.

The Moulin Rouge (english: red windmill) is a vaudeville in Paris’ district of Montmartre at Place Blanche (82, Boulevard de Clichy, 75018 Paris) in the 18th Arrondissement. Here they danced can-can and had notable performers on stage. The Moulin Rouge saw boisterous festivities and, later on, also operettas.

So girls, let’s paint the town red!!!!!!!

Mögt Ihr Comics? Ich möchte Euch heute einladen ein ATC mit einer Comic-Figur zu gestalten. Ich bin gespannt was Ihr für Comic-Figuren oder gar Helden für die Gestaltung verwendet. Mein ATC ist aus verschiedene Elementen eines Mangas entstanden.

Do you like comics? I would like to invite you today to make an ATC with a character from a comic. I am curious to see which characters, or even heroes, you choose. I used different elements from a Manga for my ATC.

Ein schönes Thema, das viele von Euch umgesetzt haben – vielen Dank Mir ist leider die Zeit davon gelaufen, so dass ich es nicht geschafft habe diese Woche etwas zu gestalten. Vielleicht schaffe ich es ja etwas nachzureichen

A great theme to which a lot of you contributed – Thank you Time was running out for me and I didn’t manage to create something this week. Lyrik – Lyrics

Zeilen aus Gedichten, Romanen oder Liedern erinnern uns oft an Momente in der Vergangenheit. Manchmal lassen wir uns auch von ihnen inspirieren. Darum geht es diese Woche. Stellt auf eurem ATC eine Zeile aus einem Lieblingslied, einem Lieblingsbuch oder -gedicht dar. Wir sind schon sehr gespannt auf eure Werke.

Lines from poems, novels or songs often remind us of moments in the past. Sometimes they also inspire us. This is what this week is about. Your ATC should illustrate a line from a favourite song, book or poem. We are very curious about your artwork.

Ich bin ein totaler Fan des Filmes „Frühstück bei Tiffany“ und als ich letztens mit meiner Tochter den Film zum x-ten Mal angeschaut habe ist mir die Idee für das Thema dieser Woche eingefallen. Audrey Hepburn ist eine total faszinierende Frau und hat mich schon immer begeistert. Also hoffe ich das euch das Thema gefällt und das ein paar tolle ATC mit einer starken Frau entstehen.

I simply adore „Breakfast at Tiffany’s“ and when I saw this film with my daughter for the umptenth time I knew what I wanted to choose as a theme for this week.  Audrey Hepburn is such a fascinating woman and she has always inspired me in so many ways.  I hope you like the theme and that we are going to see a couple of great ATCs with a strong woman.

Es ist schon erstaunlich, wie viele Begriffe ihr auf den ATCs abgebildet habt, die mit dem Buchstaben E beginnen, wobei Augen (Eyes), Elefanten und Eier wohl die beliebtesten waren. Es hat echt Spaß gemacht, sich die Werke anzuschauen. Vielen Dank!!!

It is quite amazing how many words you displayed on the ATCs starting with the letter E, with eyes, elephants and eggs being among the most popular I guess. We really enjoyed seeing your artwork. Many thanks!!!
